Why Media Spreads Part 2 2/2

Customer Service was a topic that really stuck out to me. I work at a retail store and deal hands on with customers in an every day setting. It really shocks me that no matter what you do to try to make the customer happy, it does not always work.

Many times I have caught certain people so angry at a cashier or a manager, for something that they had no control over. I also think that it is really hard to try to help solve the problem at hand when someone just got aggravated with you when you were not the one that could of helped it in the first place. There are many ways now that deal with this customer service. Thanks to technology, you can now even get alone and write a review just because you might get embarrassed if you were to do it in public.

Another thing that stood out to me was fandoms. Some people do not have a care in the world, but others are so motivated and determined to get how they feel about any certain topic out. It amazes to see how far some people will try to go to get their word in. I think this has a lot to do with customer service as well because when people get mad about something, they more than likely think they are right about it. If a problem comes along in a store, they will tell you exactly how they feel because they more than likely want a discount or to not pay at all.
